FitVibe’s Hybrid Resistance Training (HRT) system involves strategically combining specific exercise movements in succession aimed at driving metabolic cost. You’ll play your way to fitness success using cables, dumbbells, stability balls, core boards, BOSU balls, foam rollers, our proprietary tubing wall, and more!
FitVibe’s hybrid system is weight training dominated and cardio-respiratory system driven. That means you can achieve tremendous outcomes in muscular strength and endurance, cardio-respiratory fitness, and calorie expenditure (up to 400-600 calories per session) in just 45 minutes, 2 to 3 days per week. It also means that long duration “cardio” only exercise is not necessary.
